Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Bird in the Sky application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User-Generated Content

The App allows users to create, publish, and share content, including articles, publications, comments, events, and profile information (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to create, upload, post, or transmit any User Content that is:

  • unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory;
  • obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
  • hateful or promoting discrimination, bigotry, racism, or violence against any individual or group;
  • promoting self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities;
  • infringing on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights;
  • spam, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading.

Any user who violates this policy may have their content removed and their account suspended or terminated without notice.

5. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

  • We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
  • Users can report/flag objectionable content through the reporting tools provided in the App.
  • Users can block other users to remove that user's content from their feed instantly.
  • We will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the App.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or from User Content.
